Having achieved his Optometry degree in 1999, Russell now contributes his expertise to the Burwood East practice. Outside of his vocation, Russell thrives in the outdoors, accompanied by his loyal Border Collie on refreshing walks. His affinity for AFL further enriches his leisure time, reflecting his dynamic and multifaceted interests.

Anh is a highly accomplished optometrist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Specializing in ocular diseases and children’s vision, she has earned a reputation for her expertise and compassionate care. Driven by a passion for advancing her knowledge, she consistently attends conferences and clinical meetings, ensuring that her patients have access to the most up-to-date and effective investigations and treatments.

Her commitment to patient satisfaction and well-being is evident in the strong bonds she shares with her patients, some of whom have been under her care for as long as two decades. Patients not only appreciate her exceptional service but also enjoy her warm and friendly demeanor.

Outside of her professional life, Anh finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and young children. Balancing a thriving career with a fulfilling family life, she continues to inspire and make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Dan is a highly skilled and dedicated optometrist with over 30 years of experience. He has earned a reputation for his expertise in prescribing multifocals for computer vision, myopia control (particularly orthokeratology for children), dry eyes, and anterior eye diseases.

Committed to staying at the forefront of his field, Dan regularly attends conferences and clinical meetings, ensuring that his patients have access to the latest and most effective investigations and treatments available. He takes great pride in improving the quality of life for his patients through his comprehensive and personalised approach to eye care.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dan maintains a healthy work-life balance. He unwinds and stays active by playing golf weekly at his club. He cherishes precious moments with his wife and young children, recognising the importance of family in nurturing a fulfilling life. Dan’s passion for both his work and personal life exemplifies a well-rounded and caring individual.

John earned his Optometry degree in 1998 and currently serves as a consultant at our Braybrook practice. Proficient in all facets of optometry, from addressing children’s vision to managing ocular diseases and therapeutics, John’s expertise shines particularly in the realm of fitting specialty contact lenses.

He has cultivated a distinct proficiency in aiding individuals with keratoconus through specialized lenses, while also focusing on curbing myopia progression in children using orthokeratology lenses. Beyond his technical prowess, John’s reputation is built upon his genuine and compassionate demeanor, consistently gracing the world with a welcoming smile that reflects his caring nature.

Beyond his professional pursuits, John nurtures a diverse set of interests. Traveling and photography allow him to explore new horizons, while his enthusiasm for sports comes alive through his avid following of AFL and NBA games.
